Tokai Pony Club

Situated adjacent to the National Park, the riding facility is the home of the Tokai Branch of the South African Pony Club. Members of the Pony Club hold their rallies at the facility, which is also open to other riders paying an annual fee to use it.

The Tokai Pony Club Arenas offer:
• Two sand dressage arenas (20m x 60m)
• A 50m x 50m jumping arena with sand and rubber chip surface
• Cross country jumps

The riding facility is securely fenced with a dog-proof fence. There is space to park inside and turn a horsebox. Access is by means of a key. Riders can use well-established bridle paths through the Lower Tokai Park from the surrounding areas to ride to the facility.

Directions

From Tokai – At the Tokai Road traffic circle, take Orpen Road towards Constantia. Turn right into Dennedal Road and proceed to the Tokai Pony Club Arenas gate at the end of the road.

From Constantia – Proceed along Spaanschemat River Road past the Lower Forest. Turn left into Dennedal Road and proceed to the gate at the end.
Please do not park in front of the gate or on the red lines.
